About Us
My Undies provides a truly personal experience for clientele, offering a wide range of very feminine lingerie, bras and panties, lounge wear and pyjama sets. What makes a woman feminine is very subjective, and the selection of pieces in store are curated with individual preferences in mind. Items are largely Canadian, female designed, and made from fabrics that are gentle on our bodies and on Mother Earth.

Delivery & Returns
Standard shipping $25 within Canada.
Items purchased online can be picked up in store, delivered within Nanaimo, or shipped directly to you in the most cost effective manner possible.
We will be happy to assist you with eligible returns, the return instructions, and the shipping address. If you need a return or exchange, send us an email so we can discuss a replacement.
